We offer two convenient shipping options to serve you better:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Pawsitive Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Here’s how our simple return process works:

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your return.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is used when possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above

  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of Dog Supplements & Special Food
  • Used Dog Grooming & Care products
  • Opened Dry Dog Food or Wet Dog Food

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
