Pawsitive Policy: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange. You may use the following template:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your return.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) you’d like
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of Dog Supplements & Special Food
  • Used Dog Grooming & Care products
  • Opened Dry Dog Food or Wet Dog Food

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
